What happens after payment?
Your sponsorship is immediately sent through automated moderation (live URL check, AI classification, pitch coherence). If everything passes, it goes live within seconds. If a blocking flag is raised, you are refunded automatically.
How do I cancel?
Via the Stripe portal available in your dashboard. The subscription renews automatically each month — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your placement until the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, pro-rata possible within 7 days of signup if something goes wrong. Contact us at contact@decod.tech.
